You’ll learn how to identify your gut type, what kinds of meals tend to work best for it, and how to make food choices that feel more supportive and less stressful. And this isn’t all theory. We’re going to put it into practice by beginning to create your personalized meal plan during the workshop. Over the next 5 days, I’ll help you turn it into something practical - including meals, grocery planning, and ways to make it work with your schedule and the people you eat with. This isn’t meant to be a rigid plan you follow forever. I want to give you a framework you can return to and adjust as your digestion, the seasons, and your life change. |
