This 9-day online, guided cleanse is designed to help you flush out toxins, boost your immunity, improve your digestion, shed excess weight, integrate healthy habits and give your body, mind and spirit a complete refresh!
Ayurveda recommends cleansing at least twice a year at the beginning of fall and spring. This is when toxins are most likely to have accumulated in your body. Your body is also primed to be able to shed toxins during this time. This Ayurveda program is designed to harness the full potential of your body's innate ability to cleanse.
However, a cleanse can be supportive anytime you experience any of the "signs you need a cleanse" below.
The cleanse process occurs in three phases, a Preparation phase, a Cleansing phase, and a Reintegration and Rejuvenation phase.
During the preparation phase, we’ll gradually reduce foods and habits that are not supporting our health. We introduce practices that support our mental wellbeing and prepare us for the cleansing phase.
During the cleansing phase, we’ll eat a simple, nourishing diet of easy to digest foods. This gives your gut a break and frees up digestive energy to work on clearing out toxins. There are vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options complete with recipes and shopping lists. You can eat as much as you are hungry for, so you won’t feel starved or depleted. We’ll use gentle herbs and practices to encourage cleansing and detox.
During the reintegration and rejuvenation phase, we’ll gradually bring a wider range of foods back in. We’ll use herbs and practices to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Ayurveda’s approach to cleansing is both thorough and nourishing. You can eat as much as you want while cleansing, so you won’t feel depleted.

Who is cleansing appropriate for? An Ayurvedic at home cleanse is gentle and therefore appropriate for most people. You should not cleanse if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or less than 6 months out from chemotherapy or radiation. Those with an acute illness should not cleanse until their health is restored.
Are there additional costs? The only additional costs are the food you will eat during the cleanse (which shouldn’t cost more than your usual groceries) and the recommended herbs if you want to use them to support your cleansing.
When does the cleanse happen? You can do the cleanse at a time that will work for you. Kimberly will be available via email to offer support and answer any questions you have through the process.
